- Saturated fat
- Sodium
- Cholesterol
- Calories
TOO MUCH Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium are...
NOT Healthy for your HEART.
We need Saturated fat, Sodium, Cholesterol and
Calories, but...
NOT TOO MUCH!
Remember...
Calories = Energy
If we eat too TOO MANY calories
and don't burn them by exercising our body will store
them as fat.
