Time to be nice to your brain.

Your brain loves exercise. Your brain loves getting an extra supply of oxygen which is what happens when we exercise.

Time to MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE...
Our cells need to move to be at their best.
Neurons which are your brain cells like when the rest of the cells get a chance to move.

Listen to me first and then...

Take your headphones off...

Stand Up...

Push your chair in...

SAFELY do 20 Jumping Jacks...

Now, stretch those cells toward the ceiling, reach as HIGH as you can
and hold that stretch for at least 15 seconds.

Turn around in a circle twice in one direction and then
two more times in the opposite direction.

Now, sit back down and get those brain cells (neurons) to work.
